If you need assistance in getting a product to a customer that you don’t have in stock, we are here to facilitate that purchase so you don’t loose a sale just because of a lack of inventory.  A Special Order is known industry wide as a drop ship. This is possible providing the product requested is a production size and not discontinued, even if we have to arrange a shipment from a 3rd party or other franchise location.
