• Eight (8) black ¾-view showcases arranged in an octagon shape
• Two register cabinets with two customer entry/exit openings

• Sign size determined by permittable space, storefront dimensions, and location requirements
• Optional gooseneck lighting above signage for visibility and aesthetics
• Kiosk format may include a smaller channel letter sign, potentially configured for two-sided display

📦 Inventory

• Customer demographic — fashion-forward leather buyers vs. motorcycle/biker community customers
• Climate and seasonality — year-round warm markets (Southern states, resort areas) carry a different product mix than four-season locations
• Store size and available floor/wall space
• Budget range selected at launch

💻 Point-of-Sale (POS) & Technology

Your investment includes a complete in-store technology setup:

• 2–4 computers total, configured as follows:
  • 1–2 POS register computers running required franchise software, with receipt printer, cash drawer, and at least one credit card terminal
  • 1 back-office computer with required software, full-size laser printer, and color printer for in-store signage production
  • 1 customer-facing kiosk computer — an older system modified with limited, dedicated access to the Jamin Leather® website, mounted to a counter or podium for customer self-service browsing

📹 In-Store Video Display System

• Large-screen television mounted from the ceiling possibly over cash wrap island
• Plays a continuous, branded video loop via USB (no ongoing streaming required)
• Content provided by Jamin Leather® corporate and may include:
  • Current promotions and sale menus
  • Product images, slide show and/or video demonstrations
  • How-to/instructional videos
  • Corporate or Franchise promotional content
  • Other approved branded imagery

🎥 Video Surveillance System

• Required security system covering high-value inventory and staff management
• Franchisor retains limited remote access to the video system as a condition of the franchise agreement state law permitting
• Protects both franchisee investment and franchisor brand standards

📣 Grand Opening Marketing Package

• Grand opening event planning and execution
• Grand opening signage and promotional materials
• Social media account setup and launch
• Local television and radio advertising spots
