With over 45 years selling retail leather goods and experience with approximately 20 locations over the years, many of which were simultaneously in operation.  These locations include tourist areas, malls, roadside, town center plazas and kiosks, Jamin Leather has all the experience you need to merchandise and market your specific location. Sewing services and repairs, though optional, is highly recommended providing you have extensive experience or can hire expert staff that can handle sewing patches accurately, set rivets, install snaps and do minor repairs. It’s true that shoe repair shops are almost non-existent these days, locals really need a location to get minor repairs taken care of. We don’t encourage accepting any alterations since the franchise will not support it, but patch installations are pivotal these days especially with clubs, first responders, military and select businesses needing logos and ID’s installed. It might be a good idea to get familiar with companies in your area that does embroidery. They may be your biggest asset for additional sewing business. Whether you offer sewing services or not get to know sewing services in your area to refer your customers to that request alterations or custom work. You will need those contacts for repairs for your customers purchases that you can’t handle.
