Though it may seem simple to manage and operate a retail store but selling a unique high end product like leather apparel requires talent and knowledge beyond the bubbly personality and attentiveness of good salespeople. You will need tp learn differences between the leathers and what each leather is good for. You will begin to understand all the American classic styles and the newer versions of these classics and all the updated features consumers want these days.

There will be several days of in-person training for owner/operators and key personnel before any grand opening of your franchise location. It is imperative all key personnel know how to handle special orders, POS transactions, inventory additions, inventory pricing, product displays, window displays, mannequins, hangers, mail order assistance, website ordering, in-store website sales assistance, video displays, video menus, landscaping, storefront, showcase displays, dress code, staffing, and I’m sure I’m missing something else here, but most of all… follow and respect the system. Now… add in a sewing staff and there will be even more things to understand and learn about. If you follow the guidance provided by our professionals, success can only come your way.  During normal business hours, support is only a text or phone call away. We will never leave you stranded with questions and let you miss a sale. Don’t forget, a sale walking out the door may very well be a corporate sale that will earn you a commission. Buying or not, keep them smiling on their way out.

Each franchise will have a reference manual to help guide them through virtually any circumstance, policies and procedures of the franchise system you paid handsomely for. A plethora of instructional videos will be available for additional training and customer product support. You will learn marketing and in-store displays, how to handle returns, special orders and exchanges. Each of these issues and so much more will be discussed again beyond the initial training as needed through occasional communication with your franchise representative. Your success is our success!
