Friday evening 5:00p.m. – 8:00p.m.: Meet n Greet
5:00p.m. – 8:00p.m.: early sign in, pin trading all evening
5:00p.m.: 1 to 2 new pins released from our 2024 pin calendar
5:00p.m. – 8:00p.m.: Spin the wheel. $5 and $10 spins to win prizes or for donation have fun.
7:00p.m.: Recognize any Milestone visits
5:30p.m. – 6:30p.m.: Light pasta meal served for social distancing if still required
6:00p.m.: Live Entertainment

Saturday, 24th of February 2024
8:00a.m.: Doors open/ Sign in
9:00a.m. – 10:00a.m.: breakfast buffet
10:00 a.m.: Hard Rock Heals Foundation Acknowledgement and guest speaker from Humane Society talks about charity
8:300a.m.: Event pin and all remaining items released
8:00a.m.: All silent popcorn auction, pin board raffle, guess how many candies in the jar, blind auction begins
9:00a.m. – 12:00p.m.: raffle tickets sold
11a.m. to 2p.m.: live adoptions out in front of the cafe
12:30p.m- 1p.m.: winners announced for all raffles, silent auctions, pin board raffle, guess how many candies in the jar, blind auction,
2:00p.m.: Live Auction of any items not bid upon or fought over during popcorn auction
3:00p.m.: Event ends
