12TH ANNUAL DRAGON BOAT RACES **CANCELLED**

As Ground Zero’s premier annual fundraiser, the Dragon Boat Festival raises funds for the ministry in a cutting-edge and engaging way. Dragon Boat teams are made of 21 paddlers and must fund-raise in order to compete. Teams race for the fastest time in their division and can win awards and prizes for their race results and fundraising totals.

Dragon boating encourages a team spirit through the drive of competition and exhilarating action. The Festival also creates community spirit as the event is free to the 7,000+ spectators who cheer on the teams and enjoy the variety of activities all day long. In addition to the races, there will be a Vendor Walk (food, crafts, etc.), a live DJ, an awards ceremony, entertainment, and a Family Fun Zone (available at an additional cost.)
