The Historic Myrtle Beach Colored School Museum and Education Center presents the 13th
Annual Black History Celebration from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 29. The event’s
theme is “Rhythm of Our Roots” and the event takes place at the Mary C. Canty Recreation Center,
971 Canal Street. Event attire is African fashion. Everyone’s invited to attend, eat free food and
