What is a Polar Plunge?
A polar plunge is a peer to peer fundraising event where participants raise money for a cause and then plunge into the winter ocean! The point is a few minutes of freezing water can help save an animal from freezing outdoors without a home. All funds you raise will go towards building a bigger animal shelter to save more homeless and neglected animals.
How to Get Involved?
Take the Plunge! – You’ve decided you’re brave enough to take the plunge now it is time to fundraise! Pledge your own donation or ask friends, family, coworkers to sponsor you! Every dollar counts! Sponsor a Kind Keeper volunteer or find a friend! – Don’t want to jump but still want to have some fun and support the cause? You can make a donation to the Polar Plunge in advance on KindKeeper.org, stop by the shelter, or come the day of to watch the madness!
