Bring out the entire family to honor those who served in the Armed Forces during Myrtle Beach’s Military Appreciation Days Parade and Picnic.
For nearly 50 years, Myrtle Beach was a military town, including the site of a U.S. Air Force Base until 1993. That property is now The Market Common.
The annual Military Appreciation Days Parade, sponsored by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Myrtle Beach, pays tribute to our military men and women and our local military heritage.
The parade starts at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2022, and runs along Farrow Parkway in The Market Common.
A picnic with complimentary food and exhibits will follow at 11:30 a.m. in Valor Memorial Garden.
